[Salary and Benefits]: Salary is based on the National Cheng Kung University project staff compensation and payment standards. The starting salary is NT$42,000 for master's degree holders and NT$36,000 for bachelor's degree holders. Future salary may be flexibly adjusted based on performance.
[Benefits]: In accordance with the standards of National Cheng Kung University, there will be a year-end bonus of 1.5 months (calculated based on the proportion of the month and day of arrival).

Job Responsibilities:
Postdoctoral researchers are required to attend regular laboratory meetings and report on their research and work progress.
Those interested in education are welcome to join our team. Responsibilities include executing the project schedule, guiding research team members in implementing the project (currently including several research assistants/doctoral and master's students), writing project reports, and publishing papers at international conferences and journals.
The research team is very friendly to postdoctoral research partners and understands the career plans of each researcher. Currently, there are about ten master's and doctoral students from home and abroad in the lab, who can learn how to lead a research team.
[Salary and Benefits]: Salary is based on the National Cheng Kung University project staff compensation and payment standards. Future salary may be flexibly adjusted based on performance (starting from NT$65,000 per month).
