黃建皓 博士
Dr. Jian-Hao HUANG

黃博士具備公共行政、教育經營與管理之跨域學術訓練，研究歷程一貫以量化實證為核心。曾任泰國Dhurakij Pundit University中文國際學院教育管理研究所專任教師，曾擔任博士班主任。過去之研究聚焦於組織心理學在教育情境中的應用，特別關注領導行為、心理動機與創造力等心理機制對教育組織行為與學習成效之影響。其研究採用量化實證方法，包括結構方程模型、多層次模型、中介與調節模型，以及元分析等方法。研究成果已發表於多本SSCI與國際期刊，並長期擔任多本SSCI期刊審稿人。
